Graffiti at the Old Corral

The public lands around here have a variety of shared use corrals, most of which are decorated with graffiti. Some of the graffiti is excellent; other looks like I did it.

I was near a corral that had a few crumbled adobe buildings. I don't know what the buildings were used for ... possibly some administrative buildings early last century. The buildings attracted graffiti artists and the graffiti attracted me.

I really like the anonymous contributions graffiti artists make. Contributing without any expectation for wide recognition or payments is the highest form of social engagement.

And thus, I guess according to many, un-American.
