You, The Reader

You exist.

There are readers of this blog. Some of you have made yourselves known, while most silently read and leave only page count statistics for me.

I appreciate all of you.

But some of you bewilder me. Why, for example, are so many of you from Russia and China? And why are you so obsessed with my entry of Sep 16, 2014 called The Gregarious Hermit?

In that entry I mention Cuba and vendettas. There are unusual line breaks, perhaps random numbers and names. Is a message hidden in there?

When I examine the referring link for visitors from Russia (for example), I find that Yandex considers my blog to be a dangerous site. Is this why they index my blog daily?

I do have hidden messages on my main web site. For example, in some photos I have placed steganographic messages. Messages easy to decode. Messages that say things like “Congratulations, you have found this hidden message. How many more messages are there?”

So have I become interesting to agents? I hope so, I am trying my best.

And to test this, I have started added various pieces of text to the end of old, random blog entries. Text like this one

Путин смотрит, как ты смотришь на меня

Which is supposed to say “Putin is watching you watch me” but probably says something more like “Putin looks like you’re looking at me”.

In any case, if I suddenly disappear, it may not be too surprisinnnnnnnnnnn
